BBBEE OwnershipIn 2008, KAMM announced its acquisition of 50% of its BEE transaction with MSolutions, a black-owned IT outsource business specializing in maintenance contracts. KAMM bring to MSolutions a diverse range of skills—from Corporate Governance, Networking, Capital, Marketing and Business Management, to IT, Financial Services, Human Resources and Legal skills. Importantly, MSolutions is a Level 3 BEE company in line with the Black Economic Empowerment Code issued by the Department of Trade and Industry and KAMM is actively involved at a business level in identifying opportunities for growth.
Enterprise DevelopmentKAMM’s strategic investment policy being one of the practical implementation from the holding company structure and from its subsidiaries is a major support for the development from within. Furthermore KAMM provides continually up-dated, sophisticated and varied outsourced services and supplies customized albeit diverse professional skills and expertise levels to its partners, stakeholders and clients alike.
